Is Lucifer Season 6 on Amazon?

We’ve said goodbye to the Devil. Netflix’s Lucifer has come to an end after six seasons. The final season has certainly received some mixed reviews. That’s not surprising when it comes to a final season. You can’t hit the mark with everyone.

Not everyone has seen the final season yet, though. One thing you’ll be looking for is whether you need a Netflix subscription. You may have canceled or never bothered with the subscription in the first place.

Is Lucifer available through other streaming platforms? Is it possible to watch Lucifer Season 6 on Amazon? We take a look at your options.

Lucifer Season 6 is not on Amazon Prime Video

The bad news is you can’t watch the final season on Amazon Prime Video with your Prime membership. The show is only currently available to stream on Netflix, and it will only be available on SVOD on Netflix.

There’s no need for Netflix to share. With so many other streaming platforms, Netflix wants to keep its content as exclusive as possible.

However, there is some good news for those who like to buy episodes on Digital.

Lucifer is on Amazon Video

The first four seasons of the series are available to buy on Digital via Amazon Video. The first three seasons isn’t that surprising. The show was on FOX and broadcast shows go to Digital the day after new episodes air on the network.

Season 4 arrived in 2020. Most shows that go from broadcast to Netflix end up getting a Digital release. Lucifer is also a Warner Bros. series, and most Warner Bros. shows (even pure Netflix Originals) head to DVD and Digital.

We’re expecting Season 5 to arrive some time soon. The releases are usually about a year after the Netflix releases, and it is possible that Netflix is waiting for the year mark from when the second half of Season 5 came out. That means we’re looking at around September 2022 for Lucifer Season 6 to come to Amazon Video.
