Is Lucifer on Amazon Prime Video?

With news that Lucifer Season 5B is arriving in May, eyes will be on where to watch the series to catch up. Is Lucifer on Amazon Prime Video?

The handsome devil will be back on screens with new episodes before you know it. Just where will he be available to watch?

Since you pay for Amazon Prime Video, there’s no doubt that you want to get your money’s worth. That can lead to requesting that everything you can watch on TV be available to stream for no extra cost. Is it going to be possible with Lucifer?

Don’t count on it! The series, which was once on FOX, was saved by Netflix after an abrupt and shocking cancellation after the third season. It’s now classed as a Netflix Original, and the only place to stream online for free is with your Netflix subscription.

It’s very unlikely that is going to change. After all, why would Netflix offer up any of its original content to other streaming services?

While the series isn’t on Amazon Prime Video, there is some good news. The show gets a release on both Digital and DVD. The Digital release comes to Amazon Video.

So far, four seasons of the series are available. This does include the first season that was solely a Netflix Original.

Season 5 isn’t yet available. That’s not surprising since only the first half of the season has been released. We’ll be looking out for a DVD and Digital release date after Season 5B is released on May 28, 2021.

There is a sixth season of the series coming. Filming finished recently, and it is going to be the final season of the series. We’ll be looking out for it toward the end of 2021 or the start of 2022.
