Black Widow and more coming to DVD and Blu-ray this week

It’s another Tuesday, and that means more shows and movies heading to DVD and Blu-ray. Look out for Black Widow, Mare of Easttown, and more.

There are 11 titles coming to DVD and Blu-ray on Tuesday, Sept. 14. We get a great mixture of movies and TV shows, whether you want a crime drama, an action movie, or horror.

Black Widow is certainly the biggest release of the week. The Marvel movie came to both theaters and Disney Plus with Premier Access at the same time. We knew it would eventually head to DVD and Blu-ray, and it’s just before the movie makes it to Disney Plus for all without Premier Access.

It’s a way to say goodbye to Natasha in the Marvel universe. It also brings us a new Black Widow to watch out for. Florence Pugh certainly shone throughout.

Mare of Easttown, Scooby-Doo, and more

Mare of Easttown is going to be the big TV series release. The limited series starring Kate Winslet gained rave reviews when it aired on HBO, and there’s no doubt we’ve been waiting for the DVD and Blu-ray release. It’s marketed as a “limited series” still, which suggests a second season isn’t going to happen.

For the kids, you’ll want to get your hands on a couple of movies this week. Scooby-Doo Meets Courage the Cowardly Dog and The Boss Baby: Family Business are both heading to DVD and Blu-ray this week.

For those who prefer horror, Eli Roth’s History of Horror Season 2 gets the DVD treatment this week. The anthology series spends time examining one of the most popular genres in the world.
