There were a few new books on the list of most sold Amazon books last week. However, the reentry of a Harry Potter book is one of the most notable additions.

The most read Amazon books list always has the Harry Potter books there. Most of them are always in the Top 10 of the list, too. It just shows how popular they are. That doesn’t mean they’re the most sold books, though.

It’s worth remembering that the list of most read books includes Kindle Unlimited reads. Those reads aren’t counted on the sold list since the books are bought through Kindle Unlimited. The most read list also includes books reread on the Kindle and listened to via Audible; books people already own.

It’s not surprising then that the books don’t always make it to the list of most sold Amazon books. However, harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by J.K. Rowling reentered the list during this week in 18th place.

Plenty of new books on the list including a new Nora Roberts book

There were plenty of other new books making it to the list of most sold Amazon books. Nora Roberts’s new novel Legacy made it into the Top 3. It was the only new book on this week’s list of most read Amazon books, so this new addition isn’t that surprising.

The rest of the new books were in the bottom quarter of the list. Melanie Harlow’s new novel Tie Me Down entered the list in 15th place, while All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr made it into 19th place. Thre’s time for these books to move up the list.
