Solos is streaming on Amazon Prime Video tonight
It’s normal to feel lonely. Being lonely can actually connect us to the human experience. That’s something Solos will explore on Amazon Prime Video.
There’s not long to wait for the new anthology series on Amazon Prime Video. It’s going to arrive tonight. The official time is midnight on Friday, May 21.
However, this is a series that drops on Amazon in the UK as well as in North America. Global originals drop at midnight GMT, and that means they usually arrive a little earlier in North America. There’s a chance that will happen tonight.
Check out Amazon Prime Video in North American from 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Thursday, May 20. You may see Solos already available.
What is Solos about?
Solos is a seven-part anthology series involving eight of the biggest names in Hollywood. Yes, eight. Two of those names (Morgan Freeman and Dan Stevens) appear in one episode, and there’s one episode with a double dose of Anthony Mackie! There’s no way you’ll want to miss out on that episode!
This is a series all about the human experience. What does it really mean to be human? Life is made up of good, bad, sad, angry, confusing, and hilarious moments. It’s made up of love and friendship, but there are also some isolating moments. We’ve all felt the isolation over the past year (and a bit).
Yet, we’re all still connected through this human experience, and this is something Solos will get a chance to explore through seven separate stories.
The cast involves the following:
- Morgan Freeman as Stuart
- Anne Hathaway as Leah
- Helen Mirren as Peg
- Uzo Aduba as Sasha
- Anthony Mackie as Tom
- Constance Wu as Jenny
- Dan Stevens as Otto
- Nicole Beharie as Nera
All seven episodes will drop at once. Watch them out of order or in order; it doesn’t really matter. That’s the beauty of anthology shows.
