Eli Goree among new cast joining The Peripheral

Amazon’s The Peripheral has just added six more cast members to the series, including Pearson’s Eli Goree. Who will they play?

Goree is the latest newest addition to the series, where he’s tapped for a lead role. According to Deadline, Goree will play Conner, a man recruited by Wilf to help with the situation within the peripheral world.  When operating a peripheral, he’s able to walk again and that gives him a boost to his self-esteem and confidence.

While he was the only actor joining the series in that report, there was a second report from Deadline announcing five new cast members.

Who else is joining The Peripheral on Amazon?

Charlotte Riley, JJ Field, Adelind Horan, T’Nia Miller, and Alex Hernandez will join The Peripheral in various roles.

Riley will take on the role of Aelita, a woman who goes missing. The only footage of her disappearance is a drone Wilf bought to protect her, and it leads to Wilf going on a mission to find her.

The others will play the following characters:

  • Field is Lev
  • Horan is Billy Ann Baker
  • Miller is Cherise
  • Hernandez is Tommy Constantine

They make up a group that works together in either the present or the future to find out what happened to Aelita.

What is The Peripheral about?

The Peripheral focuses on Flynne and her brother, Burton. The two live together simply trying to get by. When Burton is hired for a security job, Flynne ends up taking his place. When she witnesses what could have been a murder, she’s pulled into a conspiracy she never thought possible.

There is a connection to the future, a world where only the Haves still live. Can the two groups work together and help bring change and get the answers they need?
