It’s a new week, which means a new list of DVD releases. Des is on the list of shows and movies coming to DVD and Blu-ray on March 16.

While there aren’t that many big releases, there are still some great movies and shows coming to DVD this week. The biggest of those is Sundance Now’s Des.

The Sundance Now series follows a true story of a man arrested after the discovery of human remains near his home. Those remains led to a blockage, which is the only reason they were found. Over the course of three episodes, investigators try to figure out why he did what he did.

What else is coming to DVD on March 16?

There are eight releases confirmed for the day including Des. What else can you buy?

There is something for all interests. If you’re interested in thrillers, you’ll want to check out Don’t Tell a Soul. When their mother is sick, two brothers come up with an idea to break into an elderly neighbor’s home to steal money. However, the two are spotted by a security officer, and now they need to make a decision about what to do with their witness.

For those who prefer a romance thriller, Songbird is the movie to watch. Riverdale‘s K.J. Apa and Sofia Carson team up in a world where CoVID-19 has mutated and the new strain is far deadlier than previous versions. Society has completely broken down and people use a smartphone app to test themselves. If they’re positive, the authorities are alerted and will take them to a camp.

It’s a dark movie, and it could be triggering for people right now. There are a lot of conversations to be had about this movie.
