The last weekend of January is very quiet, but there are still some TV shows and movies to watch. Here’s what to watch on Amazon this weekend.

Amazon Prime Video doesn’t have anything new this weekend. With filming on hold for months during 2020, a lot of projects have been pushed back. It means things are on the quieter side for all streaming services right now.

However, this is a great chance to watch some of the releases on Amazon throughout the movie. Why not binge-watch The Expanse Season 5 again. There are also the releases from Friday, Jan. 29 to watch, including the new movie Chick Fight.

This is also your last chance to watch some of the Amazon Channels releases from the start of the month. There’s a new selection coming in February.

But what about elsewhere? There are new releases to watch on Amazon Channels this weekend.

What to watch on Amazon Channels: The Mummy, American Gods, and more

STARZ has a new episode of American Gods Season 3 dropping. The end of the previous episode saw Shadow find Bilquis’s apartment but get there too late to help her. Now she’s been taken and Technical Boy was left in her place. Will Technical Boy help Shadow find Bilquis?

HBO has some new additions throughout the weekend. The Mummy and the sequel The Mummy Returns are heading to the streaming service on Saturday, Jan. 30. The movies are so bad they’re good. Now is a great time to introduce them to the kids.

And you can follow up with The Scorpion King after that. It drops on HBO on the same day.

Axios Season 4 premieres on Sunday, Jan. 31 on the streaming service too.

So, while it is on the quieter side, there is still something to watch on Amazon whatever mood you’re in.
