6 new titles on Amazon Prime Video this week: Granchester Season 5 and more

Grantchester is one of six new additions on Amazon Prime Video this week

It’s a new week, which means some great new additions to Amazon Prime Video. Whether you want another episode of your favorite sci-fi series or you’re looking for a period crime drama, you’re in luck.

There are six new additions this week. Technically, there are five on the list of new arrivals, but there is a new episode of The Expanse Season 5 dropping this week.

That is our first notable addition. The Expanse Season 5, Episode 8 will pick up where the previous episode left off. Naomi is now free from Marco, but can she stop his plan from going ahead? Meanwhile, Amos will need to find a way to get back to his crew.

Other notable additions on Prime Video this week

Parents will be happy to hear that there is something for the kids this week. New episodes of Jessy & Nessy will drop on Friday, Jan. 22. They’ve rewatched the current ones so many times, now you’ve got something to put on while you get a few things done around the house.

Friday is also the day Flack Season 1 drops on Amazon Prime Video. Originally a PopTV series, it follows Robyn, who will do whatever it takes to get her clients out of trouble. The problem is her own life remains a mess.

And if you do love period crime dramas with a bit of a Midsomer Murders feel, you’ll be happy to hear Grantchester Season 5 is on the list of new arrivals this week. There really is something for everyone.
