Here’s what to watch on Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Channels this weekend

It’s on the quieter side of things on Amazon Prime Video this weekend, but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to watch. Get your viewing options in order for Jan. 9–10.

There is still plenty of content to get through from this week and the first-of-the-month drop. That’s part of the reason for a weekend with absolutely nothing new.

Herself is available to stream right now. It’s an inspirational movie that you’ll certainly want to give a chance.

But what about other content? What can you watch new throughout the weekend? You’ll need to turn to Amazon Channels for help.

Movies and shows on HBO, STARZ, and more

We’ll start with one of the biggest releases of the weekend. American Gods Season 3 premieres on STARZ on Sunday, Jan. 10. You’ll be able to watch from midnight on the STARZ App. If you only have the channel, you’ll need to wait until 8/7c to watch.

Those who watch on Amazon Prime Video internationally will need to wait until Monday to see the episode. It’ll be worth it.

In the Long Run Season 3, Episode 2 also airs on Sunday on STARZ. You can still catch up on the entire series through the app.

If you prefer a movie, HBO has you covered. The King of Staten Island is available to stream on Saturday, Jan. 9. Pete Davidson stars in a movie that is loosely based on his life. You’ll gain a whole new appreciation for the comedian.

HBO also has the premiere of the two-part documentary called Tiger. No, it’s nothing to do with Tiger King! It’s all about Tiger Woods.

Did you love All Creatures Great and Small from the 1970s and 1980s? Then you’ll want to turn your attention to PBS Masterpiece on Sunday, Jan. 10. The reboot of the story, following veterinarian James Herriot in a rural Yorkshire village in the 1930s premieres.
