More than 70 titles are coming to Amazon Prime Video this week

79 new titles are joining Amazon Prime Video this week

It’s still quiet when it comes to the theaters, but streaming services continue to have our backs with new content. Amazon Prime Video sees 79 new titles joining this week.

Three of the titles are joining at the end of December. This is a perfect time to look back at the hell 2020 has been and try to find a light within it. Amazon has us covered with an original that brings some of the best female comedies in the business together for a special.

Then as the new year begins, we get the first-of-the-month drop. There are some excellent movies joining, with some from the 1970s and others from 2020.

Like a Boss is one of the newer movies, starring Salma Hayek, Tiffany Haddish, and Rose Byrne. A friendship is tested when the two decide to run a cosmetics company with very different ideals. As they run into financial problems, they need to figure out a way to swim.

Salt, The Last of the Mohicans, and Legion are also joining the streaming service during the month. If you want a movie from the past, Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell, Ride Out for Revenge, and Dr. Strangelove Or: How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb.

Then there are the TV shows joining Amazon Prime Video this week. The biggest is going to be Dexter, with all eight seasons coming to the streaming platform on Jan. 1. If you’re looking for something for the kids, Baby Looney Toons Season 1 will be available on Prime.
