Like a Boss coming to DVD and Blu-ray in April 2020

If you missed Like a Boss in theaters or you were waiting for it to come to Amazon Video, there’s great news. You can own it on DVD and Blu-ray in April.

When Like a Boss hit theaters, it was in the middle of January. This is a time fewer people head to the theaters, thinking about the cost of Christmas and New Year. So, you may have missed it, purposely waiting for the DVD and Blu-ray release. There isn’t long to wait now.

Like a Boss is heading to DVD and Blu-ray on Apr. 21, 2020. You can already pre-order your copies, where you’ll grab the Price Guarantee to land the lowest price the movie goes to up to the release date.

For those who want to get it on Digital, it’s not clear yet just how long you’ll have to wait. The movie doesn’t have an official release date. While sometimes we can get it a week or two before the DVD date, there’s a chance that Like a Boss will only come to Amazon Video and other digital platforms on Apr. 21.

The female-led comedy certainly didn’t land a great reception, so it’s not surprising the digital release isn’t confirmed yet. It scored just 19% on Rotten Tomatoes from the critics. Audiences were more favorable but the score was still only at 65%. This is one of those that viewers seemed to love or hate and there wasn’t much middle ground.

Tiffany Haddish and Rose Byrne star as Mia and Mel, two friends with their own cosmetics company, one that they built from the ground up. However, when financially they start to struggle, Salma Hayek’s Claire steps in to buy the company. This industry titan doesn’t have the same idea for the company that the two friends did, though. Friendships are put to the test.
