There’s plenty to watch throughout the weekend. Whether you want horror or comedy, you’re covered. It’s time to narrow down the full list to just five good movies to check out from Oct. 10 to 11.

The Lie

We’ll start with horror. There are two horror Amazon movies to watch this weekend, both from Blumhouse. The first is The Lie, starring Joey King as a teenager who kills her best friend. Her parents decide to cover up her crime, which leads to more lies and secrets. Can everyone keep their story straight?

The other horror movie is Black Box, also from Blumhouse. This one focuses on a man who loses his memory and his wife in a car accident. Now the only parent to raise his children, he needs to unlock the memories and figure out who he really is. The experimental treatment may unlock more than he initially wanted, though.

Cats

If you’re looking for something lighthearted, you’ll want to turn to HBO through Amazon Channels. Cats is available to stream as of Oct. 10, bringing the Broadway sensation to the big screen. It did receive some mixed reviews, but it could be fun for the whole family to watch. There are plenty of songs to sing along to.

Hook

Still need good Amazon movies for the kids? Hook is available to stream on SHOWTIME. The 90s movie stars Robin Williams as a grownup Peter Pan. When his children are taken to Neverland by Captain Hook, Peter Pan has to team back up with the Lost Boys and Tinkerbell to find them. He’ll do anything to save them.

Terminator: Dark Fate

Finally, it’s one for the Terminator fans out there. Dark Fate was the sequel we’d all been waiting for. A new Rev-9 model is sent from the future to kill Dani Ramos. At the same time, a cyborg/human hybrid comes back in time to protect her. The two women team up with Sarah Connor and the T-800 Terminator to save the world.
