Amazon Video: All the Digital releases happening this week [Sept. 21-27]

Here’s everything coming to Amazon Video from Sept. 21 to 27

We’re onto another week of Digital releases. What is heading to Amazon Video this week?

Sept. 21 to 27 sees the release of four movies on Digital. That’s all confirmed at the time of writing, but there may be more on the way. Last week, new additions were added throughout the week.

The first three releases happen on Tuesday, Sept. 22. The last of the additions is on Friday, Sept. 25.

Three movies on Tuesday

Beckman and Iceland Is Best are two new additions that are also coming to DVD and Blu-ray on the same day. The first movie is about a retired assassin who is now a reverend. When his daughter is kidnapped by a mob boss, the assassin returns to the work he once knew.

Iceland Is Best tells the story of 17-year-old Sigga, who wants to set out in life alone. She doesn’t want to remain in Iceland, but head to California, U.S. instead. It makes her feel powerful but can she prove herself to her family?

The third offering is a movie that was released as the theaters started to reopen in August. The Secret Garden is now coming to Amazon Video, but it won’t be on DVD and Blu-ray for another couple of weeks. Mary Lennox is an orphaned girl who moves from British India to Yorkshire, England to live with her uncle. When she breaks the rules, she stumbles upon a magical and mysterious garden.

One movie on Amazon Video on Friday

The fourth movie of the week drops on Sept. 25. Misbehavior stars Keira Knightly, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Jessie Buckley, Lesley Manville, and many more high-profile cast members.

It’s set in the heyday of beauty pageants. All girls and women look to showcase their elegance and style, but what happens when there’s a protest against the 1970 Miss World competition?At the same time, Jennifer Hosten is looking to make history as the first Black champion.
