The Guest List continues to move up the list of most read Amazon books last week

There was some movement on the list of most read Amazon books from Aug. 2 to 8, mostly of the books between themselves. However, the Harry Potter books remain in the top three spots.

The Guest List by Lucy Foley continues to move up the list. It is an excellently-written novel and hard to put down once you do start. So far, it’s moved up another five places, getting into the Top 10. It was the biggest mover up on the list. The Last of the Moon Girls by Barbara Davis wasn’t far behind, gaining four places after entering new last week.

When it comes to the movement down, Peace Talks by Jim Butcher saw the biggest movement. It lost another 10 places this week, after dropping off the top spot last week. The Order by Daniel Silva also lost three places after a strong start.

The top three spots didn’t change this week. The three Harry Potter books continue to hold onto them, with other Harry Potter books gaining a couple of places each. Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens also gained another two places this week, getting back into the Top 5.

The most concerning book on the list is Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng. It’s dropped another two places, this time landing in 20th place on the list. Will it move back up this week? Only time will tell.
