One of the new additions is The Pale Horse by Agatha Christie. This novel was turned into a miniseries starring Rufus Sewell. It’s about a man whose name pops up on a list in the shoe of a dead woman. Most others on the list are dead and the fight is on for this man to survive and figure out why he’s on this list in the first place.

Ibi Zoboi’s Pride is another book you need to check out this month. It’s a modern-day take on Pride and Prejudice with a race element that makes it an essential read right now. Zuri Benitez is a proud member of the Afro-Latino community, but her Brooklyn neighborhood is rapidly facing gentrification. She needs to face that head-on while also dealing with college applications, her four wild sisters, and Darius Darcy, the new neighbor who certainly catches the eye.

Our mental health is important, but it’s often overlooked. I know I’m guilty of it all the time. 13 Things Mentally Strong People Don’t Do by Amy Morin is one of the new books on Prime Reading this month. This nonfiction book will help you gain strategies designed to build the life you want to live. It’s time to be mentally strong in the face of adversity and change.
