The High Note is heading to DVD and Blu-ray in August 2020

The High Note is heading to DVD and Blu-ray a little earlier than expected

We suspected August, but not until the end of the month. Instead, The High Note is heading to DVD and Blu-ray a little earlier than expected.

You can get The High Note on DVD and Blu-ray from Aug. 11, 2020. It’s already available to pre-order The High Note through Amazon, where you’ll land the Price Guarantee. There’s no need to have to keep an eye on the date so you can head to the shops at the right time! You’ll also grab it with two-day free shipping with your Amazon Prime membership.

It’s not clear when the movie will be released for purchase on Digital just yet. You can rent it right now, but it will eventually be available to purchase. Usually, this happens about two weeks before the DVD release date, so we could see it at the start of the month. Otherwise, we’re waiting for the date of the DVD release.

Should you get The High Note on DVD?

Of course, there are questions about whether you should grab the movie on DVD or wait for it to be available to stream on a service. This is going to depend on the type of movie you prefer.

If you love black-ish‘s Tracee Ellis Ross, there’s no doubt that this is the movie for you. She is the standout star and has finally been given the chance to show off her talents.

Those who need comfort viewing right now, this is the movie for you. It doesn’t quite offer the highs of most rom-coms, but it’s a great movie to watch with friends and a glass of wine. Rotten Tomatoes critics give it a 69% score, while the audiences give it a 74% score.
