When will Irresistible come to DVD and Blu-ray?
When will you be able to own Irresistible with Steve Carell on DVD and Blu-ray?
Due to theater closures, many movies are heading straight to VOD to rent. Irresistible with Steve Carell and Rose Byrne is the latest movie to get that treatment.
Now eyes are on when it will be available to buy on DVD or Blu-ray. We’ll need to look back at some of the previous releases to get an idea. As this is a Focus Features movie, we’ll look at the likes of Emma and Harriet to predict the DVD release date.

Focus Features hasn’t seemed to change its DVD release despite being in lockdown. Emma was initially released in theaters but quickly made available to rent on VOD at the start of the lockdowns. However, it wasn’t until three months later that it headed to DVD and Blu-ray.
Harriet had its run completely in the theaters at first. It was released on DVD and Blu-ray about three months later.
What about Irresistible on DVD?
With all this in mind, we’re looking at about three months from the release date of the movie to rent on VOD. Treat this as the theatrical release date.
We can expect Irresistible on DVD and Blu-ray around the end of September.
What about on Digital? This is a little harder to work out. The movie isn’t yet available to buy on Digital, and the releases for other movies that have been made available to rent seem to have worked as normal for the Digital release to buy.
Focus Features movies tend to be available on Digital about two weeks before the DVD release date. We can expect the same for Irresistible, so we’re looking at the middle of September.
