You can now watch Guns Akimbo on Amazon Prime Video
If you’re looking for a new movie to watch this weekend, look no further than Amazon Prime Video. Guns Akimbo is now available to stream on the service.
This isn’t going to be a movie for everyone. That is something you can tell from the trailer. After all, it’s full of violence and gore, and it’s most definitely over-the-top action.

Those who are Daniel Radcliffe fans will certainly want to check it out. He’s playing a character that is nothing like Harry Potter. He’s not driven or focused on saving others. All his character wants to do in this movie is survive.
But survival isn’t going to come easy. As the underdog, everything is stacked against him. Not only is he thrown into a fight for survival, but he has guns nailed to his hands meaning he can’t even open doors easily. Oh and he’s in a dressing gown and slippers. It really is that crazy.
Is Guns Akimbo worth the watch?
The movie has mixed reviews from both audiences and critics on Rotten Tomatoes. Audiences give it the lower score, sitting at 40%, while critics are a little nicer with a 55% approval score. Either way, the reviews aren’t great but suggest that some people love it.
And that’s the thing. It is one of those movies you’re either going to love or hate. If you like action that is over-the-top and gory, then it’s going to be for you. If you want something groundbreaking, this isn’t the movie to opt for.
Either way, you’ve got nothing to lose when it comes to watching it. Guns Akimbo available for free with your Prime membership.
