While it’s an Amazon Exclusive, it is not an Original. This means that the usual midnight GMT release time will likely not apply. Instead, we’re probably looking at midnight ET on Friday, June 12 on Amazon Prime Video for Knives Out.

Knives Out is certainly worth the wait
If you didn’t get a chance to watch Knives Out in theaters, you’ll definitely want to watch it when it comes to Amazon Prime Video. While it is a traditional murder mystery, there are plenty of twists and turns along the way that will leave you guessing until the end. If you love the old-fashioned whodunits, then you’re going to want to check this movie out.
It is certainly not often that both critics and audiences will agree on the success of a movie. On Rotten Tomatoes, both loved it. Audiences were a little less enthusiastic with a 92% score, but it’s nothing to frown at. Critics rated it almost perfectly with a 97% score and a Certified Fresh rating.
The ensemble cast has been expertly used. This isn’t one of those movies set up to be a gimmick, but one that tells a great story. There isn’t long to wait for it now.
