A look at the list of most sold Amazon books from May 24 to 30

There was certainly plenty of movement on the list of most sold Amazon books from May 24 to 30. However, there was only one new book to make it to the list. The rest of the movement was current books changing places.

The new book on the list was Catherine Ryan Hyde’s Brave Girl, Quiet Girl. Entering in 10th place, it’s certainly worth the read. The novel focuses on Brooke, a divorced, single mom who is just trying to get through life. The only thing she holds dear is her daughter, Etta, but when she’s carjacked with her daughter in the back of the car, Brooke spirals into despair. Can she be reunited with her daughter?

More from Amazon Books

Meanwhile, the new Hunger Games prequel novel, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes rose a spot to claim the top. It pushed Where the Crawdads Sing back down a spot.

Elsewhere in the top 10 list, American Dirt gained four spots and Normal People rose a spot. However, the largest gain is Big Summer by Jennifer Weiner, gaining seven places to get back into the Top 10.

As for the drops, the largest loss was The Hunter by L.J. Shen. After another excellent introduction on the previous week, the book lost 13 places. By a Threat and Midnight Sun lost five and four places respectively. I doubt Midnight Sun will go anywhere for too long. Remember that this joined on pre-orders!
