Little Fires Everywhere dropped on the list of most read Amazon books last week. Meanwhile, The Stand gained and the Harry Potter books were mixed.

There wasn’t much movement on the list of most read Amazon books last week that didn’t involve books moving between themselves. As Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng dropped, The Stand by Stephen King gained. Meanwhile, two books reentered the list.

We’ll start with the fall of Little Fires Everywhere. It’s certainly had a good run since the release of the TV series on Hulu. There may be a resurgence at the end of this week when the show is released on Amazon Prime Video Canada, but we can’t grumble at the time it’s spent at the top of the list. Between May 10 and 16, the novel dropped three spots to drop out of the Top 5.

Meanwhile, The Stand by Stephen King gained a spot after a couple of weeks of dropping. The coronavirus shows no sign of ending, so it’s not surprising readers are still looking at King’s super flu.

John Grisham also saw a boost on the list of most read Amazon books last week. Camino Winds entered well the previous week but gained six places this week to get into the Top 10.

The bottom of the list saw two reentries, while the Harry Potter books continue to take up the top places, but certainly saw some mixed movement. Can anything be knocked off the list next week?
