Hands up if you’re looking for something new to watch. If you’re turning to Amazon Video, these are the new releases to look out for this week.

While there are plenty of movies out on DVD and Blu-ray, the Digital releases are looking a little scarce. Here’s a look at everything being released on Digital through Amazon Video this week.

Most of the releases are on May 19. Tuesday releases are pretty standard. However, there is a Friday release to look out for, and it’s not an Amazon Prime Video option.

Body Cam is out on Tuesday

More from Movies on Amazon

We start with the release of Body Cam. Starring Mar J. Blige and Theo Rossi, the movie is a mix of cop drama and supernatural horror. When cops cover up a murder by getting rid of the body cam footage, they find themselves hunted down by an evil spirit.

If you love the likes of Paranormal Activity or want a supernatural version of I Know What You Did Last Summer, this is going to be for you. The movie is out on Tuesday, May 19.

Buffaloed is on its way

The next release to pay attention to this week is Buffaloed.  This Magnolia Pictures movie focuses on a young woman in Buffalo, New York, who will do anything to get ahead. Except work, of course! She’s got no interest in making money the legitimate way, except for when it comes to debt collecting.

This is a fun movie perfect for those who just love to laugh. You can watch on Tuesday, May 19. The movie is out on DVD and Blu-ray as well as Amazon Video.

Inheritance at the end of the week

Finally, we have a dark thriller starring Lily Collins. When the patriarch of a wealthy family dies, the wife and daughter are left broken. On top of that, there are hidden secrets that could unravel everything they know. The daughter is left a secret cabin as her inheritance but what skeletons are hiding in there?

If you like gritty horrors and love Lily Collins, you’ll want to give this horror a chance. You can watch Inheritance on Friday, May 22.
