Two new books entered the list of most read Amazon books between April 19 and 25. Meanwhile, The Stand remained steady again. Here’s the full list.

The list of most read Amazon books saw a little change between April 19 and 25. A Harry Potter novel dropped out of the Top 10, while two new books made it to the list. Meanwhile, The Stand by Stephen King remains steady as the coronavirus pandemic continues.

It’s not surprising to see The Stand steady on the list. It is a huge book, so those who started it due to the coronavirus pandemic will likely still be reading it. This probably has a few more weeks left on the list before it starts threatening to drop off.

Likewise, it’s not surprising to see the Harry Potter books remain on the list. There was a little movement between them, with The Half-Blood Prince dropping out of the Top 10. It wouldn’t be surprising if this moved back up as more readers get to it. Right now, The Chamber of Secrets has become more popular, likely due to more people rereading the books in order or even sharing their joy of the books with their children who are now at home more.

There were two new books on the list. Dune by Frank Herbert joined the list in 20th place. There is a strong chance of this moving up the list as more people buy the book. Masked Prey by John Sandford entered high in 10th place. It will be interesting to see if this will move up or down next week considering how relatively steady the Top 10 has been in recent weeks.
