One new book joined the list of most read Amazon books from April 12 to 18. However, there was still plenty of movement. Here’s the full list.

While there weren’t many new books that joined the list of most read Amazon books from April 12 to 18, there was still plenty of movement. That movement just wasn’t in the Top 5 of the list.

It shouldn’t be surprising to hear the Top 5 has remained steady. The list of most read books doesn’t see a lot of change week on week, as it looks at the amount of pages people have read on Kindle Unlimited or listened to through Audible. People tend to stick to one book at a time (unless you’re as crazy as me and have three or four books on the go at a time).

More from Amazon Books

The movement in the Top 10 was between the books already on there. As two Harry Potter books moved up, two others dropped. That’s about it.

The second half of the list is where most of the movement happened. Dean Koontz’s newest book, Devoted, unexpectedly saw a big gain after joining the list during the previous week. That did mean books like The Boy from the Woods by Harlan Coben and The Giver of Stars by Jojo Moyes lost places on the list.

There was just one new book to join the list of most read Amazon books from April 12 to 18. Andrew Mayne’s The Girl Beneath the Sea joined the list in 15th place. There’s a chance that this will gain on the list as more people buy and read the book throughout this week.
