As a Universal Studios movie, it’s highly unlikely Trolls World Tour will come to Amazon Prime Video for free. At least, not right now.

Like other Universal movies, this animated family movie will likely head to HBO. You’ll be able to stream with HBO Now and HBO Go. There’s great news for those with Amazon Prime because you’ll be able to get the movie with Amazon Channels.
How long are we going to have to wait? Most of the time, the movies take about six to eight months to go from theaters to HBO. Despite Trolls World Tour not getting the traditional release date, it will still likely take the same amount of time to get the movie on HBO. I think we’ll see it towards the end of the year.
This doesn’t mean the movie will never come to Prime. However, it’s likely to be a few years before we can even consider it. You’ll still be able to rent and eventually will be able to purchase Trolls World Tour on Amazon Video, though.
