When is My Spy on Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?
Dave Bautista and Chloe Coleman star in My Spy, an American comedy that will become a guilty pleasure. When is My Spy on Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?
You’ve seen Dave Bautista win hearts as Drax, but now it’s time to see him as a CIA operative who has a soft side. My Spy is his latest movie that’s been praised for LGBTQ+ representation, but when will it be on Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?
My Spy stars Chloe Coleman as nine-year-old Sophie. When she catches a CIA operative spying on her family, she decides to make an offer. Instead of blowing his cover, she wants to learn how to become a spy. Bautista’s JJ isn’t able to say no to that.

So, when will you be able to watch My Spy on DVD and Blu-ray? This is a little harder to guestimate just yet. The movie was supposed to be released this weekend but has been pushed back to Apr. 17, 2020 due to coronavirus. That means the DVD and Blu-ray release date will likely be pushed back
As it’s distributed by STX Entertainment, we need to look at other releases to get an idea. We can look at the likes of UglyDolls and 21 Bridges to get an idea. Both of these movies were released between two-and-a-half and three months after their theatrical releases.
With this in mind, we’re probably looking at a June release date. It’s hard to make a more definite guestimate than the end of July 2020.
As for Amazon Video, we can expect My Spy to be available on Digital around two weeks before he DVD release date. With this in mind, we can likely expect it sometime between the beginning and middle of July.
The movie isn’t performing well with critics, but that’s not surprising with this style of comedy. It’s one of those that captures the hearts of audiences instead, and it most definitely captures the hearts of the LGBTQ+ society. At the time of writing this, audiences hadn’t had the chance to share their thoughts, but you can check out Rotten Tomatoes to get an idea of whether you’ll like it or not.
