Little Women is heading to DVD and Blu-ray in April 2020

We wondered if we needed another adaptation of Little Women, but Greta Gerwig proved to us that it was essential. Now it’s time to watch the movie in the comfort of your own home. Little Women is heading to DVD and Blu-ray in April 2020.

There are less than two months to go until the release. The production studio opted for a slightly later release than predicted, but only by about a week or so. You can own Little Women on DVD and Blu-ray on Apr. 7, 2020. It’s already available to pre-order on Amazon right now, where you can grab it with the Price Guarantee.

If you want it on Digital, it’s not clear how long you’ll be waiting for. The release date hasn’t yet been confirmed, but it is still estimated for March 2020. Most of the time, the digital releases happen a couple of weeks before DVD releases.

If the release isn’t ahead of the DVD release date, you can expect it at the same time. It is already available for pre-order anyway, so you’ll have it in your Amazon Library the minute that it is released.

The Greta Gerwig adaptation is still based on the same novel by Louisa May Alcott. This version tells the story slightly differently, which has been a little confusing for some. However, it’s definitely worth watching and rewatching.
