Escape from Pretoria already has a DVD and Blu-ray release date
Escape from Pretoria hasn’t even premiered yet, but it already has a DVD and Blu-ray release date. Here’s all you need to know about the Daniel Radcliffe movie.
Daniel Radcliffe has two movies coming out within weeks of each other. One of those is Escape from Pretoria, which is out in March. It already has a DVD and Blu-ray release date, despite not making it to theaters yet.
You won’t have to wait too long after the Mar. 6 theatrical release date. Escape from Pretoria will be out on Apr. 7, 2020. There isn’t a Digital release date just yet, but this will likely be at the same time as the DVD release. It wouldn’t make sense for the movie to be released on Digital earlier.

The movie is based on a true story about two South Africans who decide they’re going to break out of a prison known to be impossible to break out from. Radcliffe plays the lead character, Tim Jenkin, and he’s joined by Ian Hart and Daniel Webber. Together, they play the three political journalists who were imprisoned for producing and distributing pamphlets on behalf of organizations that had been banned from the country, including the ANC.
It’s an outstanding story based on the book called Inside Out: Escape from Pretoria Prison. The only way you get to know how it all plays out is by checking out the movie when it’s released.
