Ready to experience the Frozen sequel at home? Frozen II is heading to Digital and Blu-ray in February. You know you need it immediately.

Elsa may be heading into the unknown, but we finally are not. Frozen II officially has a release date for both Digital and Blu-ray. Are you ready to experience the magic once more?

If you’re anything like me, this is a DVD release date you’ve been eagerly waiting for. You have children asking routinely when they can watch it at home. Well, now we can finally give them a date. Frozen II is coming to Blu-ray on Feb. 25, 2020. If you need it a little earlier, you can get it on Digital on Feb. 11.

The combo pack includes a digital download, the DVD, and the Blu-ray, so you can watch it through any version you want. You’ll also be able to buy the DVD or the 4K versions separately, on the same day as the Blu-ray release date.

Bonus features and more:

The Blu-ray release date isn’t all that we learned from the press release. Frozen II will get a bunch of exciting bonus features for the kids (and for us adults, too). For those who love the music, there is a sing-along version with all the lyrics popping up on the screen. There’s no excuse to sing the wrong words when you’re enjoying the music at home!

Other bonus features include:

  • Deleted scenes
  • Deleted songs
  • Easter eggs
  • Outtakes

There are also featurettes that will give viewers a chance to head behind-the-scenes of the movie. It’s time to learn how the magic is put together.

Extra bonuses for the digital copy

With the Blu-ray including a digital code, it’s common to hold out until the later release. However, those who opt for buying the digital copy early will get extra, exclusive bonuses:

  • An interview with songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez
  • Deleted song titled “Unmeltable Me”

This is an exciting addition to your DVD collection. Right now, there’s no set release date for Frozen II to come to Disney Plus, but you will be able to buy the DVD, Blu-ray, Digital and more through Amazon. Pre-order the Blu-ray or the digital copy now.
