This isn’t all that uncommon right now, as production studios will want to cement the DVD release date first. Then it’s whether the movie heads to Digital early or is released at the same time as the DVD copy.

The current estimate for the Digital release remains sometime in February. It’s likely going to be a couple of weeks before the DVD release, likely around Feb. 11. However, it could be on Feb. 25 with the DVD. Since you can pre-order on Digital (and in 4K), we know that the release is happening.
