Queen & Slim coming to DVD and Blu-ray in March 2020

You’ll be able to own Queen & Slim on Mar. 3, 2020 on DVD, Blu-ray or 4K. Of course, the Blu-ray is a combo pack, offering a way to get both Blu-ray and digital in one. What about the Digital copy? As usual, this is available a little sooner than the DVD and Blu-ray versions. You’ll be able to add the title to your Amazon Library on Feb. 18. The great thing is that you can pre-order right now, so it’s added directly to your library. You’ll find it in the “Your Stuff” section as soon as it’s available.
Queen & Slim was a great success when in theaters. It’s Certified Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, with an 82% critics score and 92% audience score. There’s no doubt that this is a movie for you.
Starring Daniel Kaluuya and Jodie Turner-Smith as the titular characters, the movie sees them stopped for a minor traffic violation while on their first date. In an era of rising racial tensions, the situation escalates and Slim ends up shooting the officer. The two believe they need to go on the run but a video released soon shows the situation that really happened, leading to them going from cop killers to victims of trauma and terror.
