Why it’s one of the anticipated movies of 2020: Sometimes sequels take decades to make it to the theaters. That’s the case for a couple still left on this list of anticipated movies in 2020. Ghostbusters: Afterlife is one of them. Forget the all-female reboot. This is a sequel to the original franchise.

Very little is actually known about the movie. The trailer just suggests that a brother and sister come across a few items from the original Ghostbusters and there’s going to be trouble unleashed.

3. Bill & Ted Face the Music

Release date: Aug. 21, 2020

Starring: Keanu Reeves, Alex Winter, Samara Weaving, Jillian Bell, Kristen Schaal, Anthony Carrigan

Why it’s one of the anticipated movies of 2020: We have another sequel that has taken decades to arrive. Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter are back in action as Bill and Ted, the two high school screwups who find interesting ways to pass history and cheat death. On top of that, they’re destined to be the greatest musicians in the world and like gods to a future human race.

In this third movie, the Wyld Stallyns will need to reform. They need to create a song to save the world.
