8. Undone Season 2

After the critical praise for the first season, it was clear that Amazon Prime would have to renew Undone for a second season. And so it did, meaning that we’ll hopefully get the answers to whether Alma has powers to manipulate time or if it’s all in her head.

It’s another show without a set release date. We’re just hoping that it will arrive in 2020, yet there’s no guarantee that will happen. That’s why this show is lower down on the list of Amazon Originals in the new year.

While Amazon shows can have a 12-14 month turnaround, we’ve also seen them with a 22-month turnaround. With the CGI needed for Undone, it’s possible we’re looking at the longer timeframe for this.

7. Hanna Season 2

Another great TV series from 2019 is Hanna. It was picked up for a second season about a month after the first season dropped, which does mean that we should see the episodes arrive sometime this year. In fact, with the renewal announcement came the news that Hanna Season 2 was “coming in 2020.”

Since being renewed, there’s been no news about the upcoming season. We don’t even know just how many of the original cast are or aren’t returning! However, that doesn’t stop us being excited for some of the answers to our burning questions.
