When will Midway be on Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?
Midway is heading to theaters in time to commemorate the fallen during Veterans Day weekend. When will Midway come to Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?
You’ve heard the stories and now it’s time to see the story play out on-screen. Midway is now out in theaters, but you may be waiting for it to come to DVD and Blu-ray. How long will you be waiting?
While we don’t get to know the exact date just yet, we can take an educated guess. Midway is a Lionsgate movie, so we can look at other movies from the production company to see when it will be released. We’ll look at Rambo: Last Blood and John Wick 3: Parabellum to see when this movie will be out on DVD and Blu-ray.

The majority of Lionsgate movies take three months to go from theater to DVD. Midway will likely be on DVD and Blu-ray around Feb. 11, 2020. While it’s just in time for Valentine’s Day, this likely isn’t your typical Valentine’s movie.
For those who would prefer the Digital copy, we’re looking at about two weeks before the DVD release. You will likely be able to get your Amazon Video copy around the end of January.
Midway tells the story of the Battle of Midway in June 1942. It saw four days of skirmish between the U.S. and Japanese troops, during the Second World War. You’ve seen Pearl Harbor. Now it’s time to find out more about the aftermath in fictional form.
Sadly, the movie hasn’t received positive reviews from critics, with a Rotten Tomatoes score of just 41%. However, audiences certainly don’t agree, with a 91% score. This is going to be one of those movies for people who loved the 2001 movie Pearl Harbor, focusing on the ariel fights and honor among men.
