Will Harriet be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video?
Harriet is out in theaters right now, but you’re likely getting ready for the future, when you can watch it at home. Will Harriet be on Amazon Prime Video?
There are some excellent movies out in theaters right now, and Harriet is one of them. Maybe you’ve already seen it or you’re waiting for it to come to DVD and Blu-ray. You could even be waiting to check it out on a streaming service before you commit to buying it. That means you want to know if Harriet will be coming to Amazon Prime Video.
As a Focus Features movie, this one will not be heading to Amazon Prime Video. At least, not for the time being. All Focus Features movies, like Mary, Queen of Scots and BlackKklansman head to HBO.

There is some great news as an Amazon Prime member. You can get HBO through Amazon Channels.
The movie will head to both HBO Now and HBO Max when the newer service is available. In fact, it looks like HBO Now will become obsolete with the intention WarnerMedia has to bring everything to HBO Max anyway. The difference is that, as of right now, HBO Max won’t be heading to Amazon Channels as an add-on. WarnerMedia is still ironing out details for the distribution both across the United States and internationally.
Harriet tells the story of Harriet Tubman, a former slave who escaped and helped to save hundreds of slaves through the underground railroad. She’s often been overlooked throughout history, but that is changing and this is a movie you need to check out.
While critics are mixed, giving Harriet a 72% score of Rotten Tomatoes, audiences are extremely impressed. The audience score sits at 97%, with the acting, writing, and sincere storytelling.
