Midsommar, Toy Story 4 and more hit Amazon Video this week Oct. 7

, Amazon , Amazon Video presents three new movies to rent this week including  Annabelle Comes Home, Midsommar and Toy Story 4!

Are you looking for something to watch this week on Amazon Prime? Unfortunately, the streaming service won’t be adding any new content to stream free with your membership, but several hit films from this year will be available to rent or purchase!

If you’re not inclined to spend money at this time and would rather find something to watch already included in your membership, there are a few things released this month you can catch up on if you hadn’t had the chance yet!

Season 3 of the Amazon Original, Goliath, was released on the service last week. Billy Bob Thornton returns as the brilliant lawyer Billy McBride and faces off against a new antagonist. All eight new episodes are streaming right now.

If you want to watch something a little creepier in tune with the Halloween season, Robert Pattinson stars in the space-themed psychological thriller, High Life, also available to stream with your Prime membership.

For those of you that have access to the CBS All Access Channel, you can watch the season premieres of 60 Minutes, NCIS: Los Angeles, and Madam Secretary.

I recommend you check out the new rental offerings on Amazon Video if you don’t mind spending a few dollars. Amazon is bringing home two excellent horror films, perfect for those of you who want something spooky for the month of October, and the highly praised Toy Story 4.

Annabelle Comes Home (2019)

• Starring: Mckenna Grace, Madison Iseman, Katie Sarife, Patrick Wilson, and Vera Farmiga

Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson reprise their roles as renowned demonologists Lorraine and Ed Warren in the third Annabelle film. The Warrens gain possession of the cursed doll and lock it away in their artifacts room.

One night while they’re out of the house, they leave their daughter Judy home with the babysitter. Her friend makes the mistake of venturing into the room and unleashing all the entities contained inside.

Midsommar (2019)

• Starring: Florence Pugh, Jack Reynor William Jackson Harper, Vilhelm Blomgren, and Will Poulter

This trippy new movie from Ari Aster, director of Hereditary, follows a group of college friends traveling to Sweden to witness the legendary midsummer festival. The retreat begins as the perfect vacation but it soon becomes apparent that the festival is run by a pagan cult with horrific intentions.

Toy Story 4 (2019)

• Starring: Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Annie Potts, Tony Hale, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, Madeleine McGraw, Christina Hendricks, Keanu Reeves, Ally Maki, and Jay Hernandez

All your favorite toys return in the fourth Toy Story installment. Woody, Buzz, and the gang go on a road trip with their new toy pal, Forky. The toys begin to realize what they want from life and some unexpected reunions take place along the way.
