Summer is waning down, Labor Day weekend is almost finished, and now it’s time to plan for September! For the first week, Sept. 2-6, what do you plan to watch?

Amazon is dropping Season 3 of the popular historical drama, Victoria, and bringing some popular films to rent or purchase on Amazon Video like Dark Phoenix and Booksmart! Plus, don’t forget that Amazon’s latest original series, Carnival Row, is now available for you to stream this week if you didn’t get the chance to over the weekend.

If you have access to Amazon Channels like STARZ, Showtime, or HBO, you’ll have a whole host of new movies and shows to choose from this week too. We’ve got the scoop on everything new arriving over the next five days!

Victoria Season 3

  • Starring: Jenna Coleman, Tom Hughes, Peter Bowles, Catherine Flemming, Daniela Holtz, Nell Hudson, Ferdinand Kingsley, Tommy Knight, Nigel Lindsay, Eve Myles, and David Oakesv

Victoria follows the reign of Queen Victoria (as played by Jenna Coleman). Season 3 begins with Victoria and Albert approaching their 30s. Together they have six children now and are attempting to navigate obstacles in their marriage.

This season features The Great Exhibition of 1851 and Victoria’s ongoing political relationship with Lord Palmerston. All eight episodes will be available to stream with your Amazon Prime membership on Sept. 3.
