Is Annabelle Comes Home coming to Amazon Prime Video?

Annabelle Comes Home is currently in theaters but can you expect the third Annabelle film to make its way to Amazon Prime Video?
The third film in the Annabelle trilogy is officially out in theaters. It marks the first return of Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson as Lorraine and Ed Warren since The Conjuring 2. Annabelle Comes Home will follow the creepy doll as she sets her sights on the Warrens’ daughter, Judy (McKenna Grace).
Whether you’re a big fan of The Conjuring franchise or not, you might want to wait until the movie comes to Amazon Prime Video to watch it. Going to the theater can be pricey these days. So will Annabelle Comes Home hit Prime Video?

It’s a little bit unclear at the moment. Annabelle Creation, the second film in the Annabelle trilogy, is currently available to stream on Prime and it comes from the same production and distribution companies as Annabelle Comes Home, that is, New Line Cinema and Warner Brothers.
Judging by that logic, then Annabelle Comes Home would follow suit. If it does come to Prime it probably won’t be until spring of 2020 at the earliest.
However, because of Warner Brothers creating its own streaming service, WarnerMedia, there is a chance that the movie could be held over to debut there. At the moment it’s hard to tell.
If Warner Brothers has a contract with Amazon then they may have to wait for it to be up before they can start pulling their titles for their own service. For the time being, I’d advise seeing the film in theaters if you can since its future on streaming is still murky at best.
