What Men Want premiered in theaters on February 8 this year, but when will the movie starring Taraji P. Henson be coming to DVD and Blu-ray?

February has seen a multitude of highly anticipated movies premiere. From the anticipated sequel to “Everything Is Awesome” (The LEGO Movie 2) to Alita: Battle Angel and others, it’s been a good month for moviegoers. What Men Want arrived in theaters during the month as well and it’s one we all want to know when the movie will come to DVD and Blu-ray.

Along with Taraji P. Henson, What Men Want stars Pete Davidson, Aldis Hodge, Max Greenfield, Erykah Badu, and Wendy McLendon-Covey. What Men Want is a reboot of the 2000 What Women Want starring Mel Gibson.

The movie is expected to arrive on DVD and Blu-ray in the next couple of months. The average time from theatrical release is two to three months. So, with it coming out in theaters on February 8, we’re looking at an estimated April 8 at the earliest and May 8 at the latest. There are exceptions to the norm, but I don’t think this movie will be one of those.

The digital release will be a scheduled roughly two weeks before the DVD and Blu-ray release, which could mean a release as early as the end of March. As soon as we get an official date, we will be back to let you know.

If you remember the basic plot of What Women Want, What Men Want is similar. Focused on Ali Davis (Taraji P. Henson), a sports agent who is passed over for a big promotion, she begins to wonder what it is she needs to do in order to succeed in this male-dominated world.
