When is Arctic available on DVD, Blu-ray, and Digital?
Arctic is Mads Mikkelson’s latest movie and one most certainly worth watching. When will Arctic be on DVD, Blu-ray, and Digital?
If you were stranded in the Arctic, how would you cope? Would you cope at all? That’s something Mads Mikkelson’s character has to figure out in his most recent movie. Arctic is now out in theaters but when will it be available to own at home? When will Arctic be on DVD, Blu-ray, and Digital?
With the release at theaters only happening last week, there’s no release date just yet. It is possible to make an educated guess, though. Most movies are released two to three months after their theatrical debuts. With the excellent scores this movie, in particular, has received, we’re likely looking at the latter to give production companies time to make as much money as possible in the theater.

On Rotten Tomatoes, it’s Certified Fresh with an 83% Tomatometer reading. The audience score is higher at 97%. This is certainly a movie to check out when it’s released, which will likely be in May 2019.
The Digital release is usually a couple of weeks before the DVD and Blu-ray release, so that could be out late April 2019. Of course, there are exceptions to the norm.
Arctic is a movie about survival. When a man’s plane crashes in the icy location, he needs to figure out a way to survive. He either remains in his makeshift camp in the hope that someone will find him in time or he heads out into the unknown to find his own safety. We’re taken on his journey of survival.
Mikkelson certainly shows off his acting skills. For the most part of the movie, he’s on his own. That would usually lead to boredom, but he manages to bring sympathy and emotion throughout.
