The first day of a new month is always a big day at Amazon Prime Video. On Friday, Dec. 1, Amazon Prime Video released a ton of new movies, including Titanic, the first five movies of the Rocky franchise, Will Smith’s Hitch and many more.

A representative from Amazon reached out to Amazon Adviser several weeks ago with the list of the Amazon Prime Video new releases for the month of December. Many of these great films will also be joining the list of the best movies on Amazon Prime Video.

Titanic and the Rocky franchise are not exactly new to Amazon Prime Video. The films have been available on the streaming service in the past. It’s great to see these movies back on the streaming service because they’re classics. Everybody should see these movies, and on top of that, December sounds like a great time for a Rocky marathon!

Amazon Prime Video added more classics today, including The Silence of the Lambs, Apocalypse Now, Gremlins 2, Point Break and more.

It’s also a great time to watch a ton of animated Marvel movies. Amazon Prime Video released seven animated Marvel movies, including Planet Hulk, Ultimate Avengers, The Invincible Iron Man and more.
