Probably the most successful Amazon Studios drama series, The Man in the High Castle debuted its second season in December 2016 to critical acclaim. Looking around the television landscape, there aren’t many series like the loose adaptation of Philip K. Dick’s novel of the same name.

The Man in the High Castle tells an alternate history of the conclusion of World War II, handing the win to the Axis powers. What would have happened and what could have happened? How would the United States be different if Japan and Germany had control? That’s precisely the world in which The Man in the High Castle is set.

Executive produced by Ridley Scott (Blade Runner) and starring a recognizable cast, the dystopian drama provides an engrossing inside look at the hypothetical side of history.
