Patriot is the latest Amazon Original series to come to Amazon Video. It was released on Feb. 24 and followed successful launches of Sneaky Pete and Z: The Beginning of Everything for Amazon to start the 2017 year on the right foot.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from Patriot after watching the pilot that originally aired in 2015, but after viewing it, I was captivated by the character of John Tavner, played by Michael Dorman. The intelligence officer is working undercover to prevent an all-out nuclear war with Iran breaking out so in order to do that, he has to put his life at risk to save millions.
