It took a while for the first season fo Sneaky Pete to come to fruition, but once it did, it make a spectacular debut. The pilot has been available on Prime for more than a year, but the entire first season wasn’t released until Jan. 13 and it was worth the wait.

Giovanni Ribisi plays an ex-con who assumes the identity of his prison bunkmate because he’s got an angry gangster Vince (Cranston) waiting for him on the outside. Ribisi, a con man, assumes his new identity and meets his estranged family as a hideout of sorts as he attempts to pull a long con on them to get money to pay off his debts to Vince who is holding his brother hostage.

Along the way, this new Pete gets attached to the family working as bail bondsmen while facing a conflict. Should he help his real family or does he help his new fake family? Ribisi is awesome in this and so is Cranston in his return to TV.
