When it comes to comedies, Amazon Prime Video has some of the best. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel has to be on this list. And I’m actually surprised that this is the first time the show has even made it onto the list of 50 best TV shows. It’s already the number on on the 50 best comedy TV shows!

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel brings an empowering story of a woman who finds herself going after a dream she never initially had. When her husband leaves her for his secretary, she drowns her sorrows and does a stand-up comedy skit that she never intended doing. All she wanted to do was tell her story.

That led to a comedy career dream she didn’t realize she had, a new friendship with one of the best characters ever on our screens, and a chance for everyone to see that dreams are worth pursuing. By the third season, it looked like her career was on a high, but you know that it’s all going to crash and burn before she finds true success, right?
