Where will The First Omen stream after theaters? (Will The First Omen come to Prime Video?)
You know the story of Damien, the Antichrist. Now it’s time for how it all began. The First Omen is out in theaters, but you’ll want to know where it will stream at home.
The First Omen stars Nell Tiger Fell as Margaret, an American who is in Rome. She is set to take the Veil, but before she does that, she works at an orphanage. This leads to her completely questioning her faith as something dark takes place.
Those at the orphanage have a sinister conspiracy to bring about the Antichrist. Why would Catholics want to see the Antichrist come about? This is set to be a prequel of the horror movie The Omen, which saw the arrival of the Antichrist and the search of how Damien came about.
The First Omen likely won’t come to Prime Video
There is some bad news to start off this post. The First Omen is not likely to come to Prime Video. At least, not as the first streaming home.
This is a 20th Century movie, which suggests that it will head to Hulu first. There is a chance that Max still has a deal with the production company to bring the shows there, but 20th Century is owned by Disney, which also owns Hulu.
Watch The First Omen on Digital via Amazon Video
The good news is there is another way to watch movies on Amazon. You can turn to Amazon Instant Video instead. This is where the movie will be available to buy on Digital. We do expect this release to happen as other 20th Century movies released in theaters have come out on Digital.
This usually happens two to three months after the theatrical release. We’re looking at around the start of June for the release of The First Omen on Digital.
The First Omen is currently out in theaters.
