When should The Fall Guy come to DVD and Blu-ray?

The Fall Guy sees Gosling take on the role of a stuntman. Colt has been retired from the business for the last year, but he finds himself thrown back into the world. When an actor goes missing, he’s needed, but this opens him up to a potential threat. There is something going on in the world of Hollywood, and Colt needs to get to the bottom of it before it’s too late.

Of course, a lot of people don’t need a reason other than it’s Ryan Gosling to add a movie to their DVD collection. You want to know when The Fall Guy is coming out. There isn’t a date yet, but we can take a look at when we should see the release happen.

The Fall Guy DVD release date predictions

With the movie only just being out in theaters, we don’t have a DVD release date yet. This is a Universal Pictures movie, so we’re looking at others from that studio to get an idea as to when we can expect the DVD release. For this post, we’re looking at Five Nights at Freddy’s and Night Swim.

It took Five Nights at Freddy’s two and a half months to head to DVD, while it took Night Swim three months. It is possible that the former was due to Christmas falling at the three-month mark. It made more sense to get this DVD release out earlier to time with Christmas gift buying.

We’re looking at something similar to Night Swim for The Fall Guy. That suggests we’ll see The Fall Guy on DVD around Tuesday, July 30 or Tuesday, Aug. 6.

What about the digital release? That’s likely to be much sooner. It took just three weeks for Night Swim and a month for Five Nights at Freddy’s, so we’re potentially looking at the end of May or start of June for this Ryan Gosling movie to come to Digital.
