The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2 release schedule: When new episodes are out
There is a lot going on in the world of Middle-earth throughout The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2. This is focused on the rise of Sauron, and you will not want to miss a beat of the series.
The first three episodes dropped this morning, Thursday, Aug. 29. Yes, only three episodes are on Prime Video. As much as we would love to binge-watch, weekly releases are still important for the success of shows. Just look at the number of cancellations happening on Prime Video right now—and most of them were binge-watch shows!
It’s worth watching weekly to be able to digest everything that happens in each episode. After all, there is a lot going on at once, and you’ll want to see how the individual stories interconnect. Then you’ll get to rewatch the story as you get ready for the finale.
