Judy Justice and more coming to Prime Video this week (Aug. 5–11)

There are some excellent arrivals on Prime Video throughout the first full week of August. It doesn’t matter if you want to watch a movie, enjoy a crime drama, or watch Judge Judy back at it.

This week is a lot quieter than last week. There are only four new titles throughout the week. The good news is that one of them is a binge-watch release. You’ll want to make the most of the first-of-the-month drop last week.

Let’s take a look at some of the top picks for the week. There still is something for everyone.

Judy Justice, One Fast Move, and more

Let’s start with the premiere of Judy Justice Season 3. It looks like the Freevee Original is moving to just Prime Video instead of the free streaming platform. That is hard to tell based on the way Amazon does its press releases now. It also looks like this is going to be a weekly release again.

The series puts Judge Judy back in her courtroom. Various people turn to her to help resolve mostly financial matters, whether it’s to repay loans, return stolen goods, or pay back money on “gifts.”

If you wait until the end of the week, there are a couple of Amazon Originals to look forward to. The first is the movie One Fast Move. Riverdale’s A.J. Caper stars as a young man who has become destitute. He turns to his estranged father for help as he focuses on his dream to become a professional motorcycle racer.

We see a journey of passion and trauma. Wes needs to unpack the emotional trauma built by his father being absent for so long, while facing hardships as he fights for his dream.

The Malloca Files Season 3 drops as a binge-watch on the same day. Miranda Blake and Max Winter continue their fight to brig justice to the Spanish area. Even the most picturesque places in the world aren’t without their criminal problems.
